"Light House Christian Center - The 14,125 sq. foot octagonal shaped complex in Mayo, Florida was constructed using a metal building system from Kirby Building Systems. A glass curtainwall is featured on the front face of the structure, while the two lean-to structures flanking the main portion of the building have synthetic stucco exteriors. Metal panels clad the other walls. The metal standing seam roof system has a Taupe color.
    Metal building systems were chosen as the most economical way to meet the church's design goals. Color selection and durability were factors in the decision to use metal wall roof panels. The pyramid-style roof features interior lighting and stained glass. It also supports a 2,080 lb. steeple. the general contractor was Gamble and Associates of Live Oak, Florida -  Jim Ervin Architectural Design Service, Tallahassee, Florida was the designer."
